RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide high-level administrative support to leadership team,
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the school by managing schedules and coordinating meetings
- Communicate, and assist with various special projects
- Assist with events, including, back to school night, awards ceremony and webinars, conferences, etc.
- Create and maintain scheduling for proctoring and facilitate assessment proctoring,
- Coordinate and organize weekly meeting invites, conferences, and special events, including preparing agendas and following up on action items.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for onboarding communications with partners, parents, and students.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma, Associate Degree in Business preferred
- 3-5 years of executive level administrative and project support
- Exceptional level of attention to detail and organization
- Proactive and self-directed, with ability to prioritize competing priorities
- Sound judgement and discretion; elevates challenges when necessary and focuses on solution
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & CAPABILITIES
- Experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role within an educational or K12 environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to ensure the accuracy of documents and communications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of partners, parents, and prospective families.
